Powers (If they have any): Visions of the future. When she sleeps she has nightmarish glimpses of tragedies or disasters to be, the visions are possibilities and often incomplete. When conscious, as she tries to stay, the visions can't reach farther then a few minutes but this gives her an inhuman reaction time.

Brief Character History/Description: Dahlia was born to a single mother struggling with a drug addiction and trying to hold onto a job. Dahlia's relationship with her mother was often strained but she always turned to the woman for comfort when her confusing nightmarish visions became too much. When she began to understand that her nightmares were more then just dreams she took the twisted sense of justice she had developed to practice. She began her 'career' as a vigilante with her mother, for varying types of abuses in the past. After a few other assaults on criminals she skipped town to avoid being brought to justice herself. She traveled from city to city, living off of ill gotten gains from her personal war on crime. But then she started having strange visions, not just crimes or disasters, they didn't make sense to her but a specific installation stood out in all of them. After she was able to understand its general location she bought the first plane ticket that would send her over the ocean that she could get.
